The legalization of egg donation and surrogacy is also a question of equal rights! Male homosexual couples in particular have no chance of having a child. The introduction of marriage for homosexuals allows adoption, but overall (fortunately) there are fewer children released for adoption than couples who would like to adopt. For lesbian couples there is the possibility of semen donation! This is discriminatory!

Many couples would no longer be forced to do the treatment abroad and thus go to the brink of legality. Another advantage would be that the egg donor or the surrogate mother can receive medical care according to German standards, which is not the case in countries such as Ukraine.

The legalization of surrogacy and egg donation would also benefit homosexual couples wishing to have children.
