Wenn vergleichsweise eine Pflegekraft jemandem die Haare frisiert oder die Fußnägel pflegt, wird auch keine Qualifizierung als Friseur oder Podologe benötigt. Ein Zertifikat als Braider oder Erfahrung sollte für Selbständigkeit ausreichen. Man muss z. B. auch keine Kochausbildung haben, um ein Restaurant aufmachen zu dürfen.
