In Zeiten wo Büroflächen leer stehen und Wohnraum immer teurer wird, sollten ausschließlich bezahlte Wohnungen gebaut werden. Schon jetzt entstehen neue Einkaufsstraßen und Einkaufszentren, wo die Geschäfte von woanders dort hinziehen, obwohl die Mieten höher sind. Die alte Räumlichkeiten stehen über lange Zeiträume leer. Bezahlbarer Wohnungsbau statt Profitorientierung!
