Hitzecheck

Der Hitzecheck der Umwelthilfe stellt Paderborn ein katastrophales Ergebnis aus, das eben keine Momentaufnahme ist, sondern ein Zeugnis jahrelanger Fehlentscheidungen: Zu viel Versiegelung. Zu wenig Grünflächen. Und zu wenige Bäume.

Verwaltung

In der NW heißt es am 04.11.2024, dass die Baumschutzsatzung laut Verwaltung gut funktioniert. Die FDP schreibt, die Verwaltung sei damit überlastet. Was denn nun? Gleichzeitig spricht die FDP auf der einen Seite von wenigen Anträgen und bei Abschaffung von Zeitersparnis für die Verwaltung. Dünne Argumentation!

Bevormundung und Überregulierung

Eine Baumschutzsatzung ist übergriffig, wenn sie sich auf Privateigentum erstreckt. Eine absolute Bevormundung. Eine Baumschutzsatzung ist ok, wenn der Wirkkreis sich auf öffentliche Flächen beschränkt (also auf Allgemeingut). Wer seinen ganzen Garten mit Bäumen vollstellen möchte, soll das machen. Ich nicht, denn die Bäume bekomme ich ja nicht mehr weg. Diese ganze Überregulierung sollte mal ein wenig beschnitten werden. Grüße gehen raus an Milei.
