Sinn der Petition

Sinn der Petition? Das Landratsamt schreibt "Bootfahren auf der Isar soll auch weiterhin möglich sein. Dabei sind die Aspekte Sicherheit, Gewässer- und Naturschutz zu berücksichtigen. Die hierfür erforderlichen Nutzungs- und Verhaltensregeln können in einer Verordnung festgelegt werden." Wo steht das SUP Verboten werden soll? Niemand hat die Absicht SUP Fahren zu verbieten.

SUP

SUP Fahrer können - im vergleich zu Rafting Booten - viel leichter ins Wasser fallen, da der Schwerpunkt viel höher ist. Das Gleichgewicht kann inbesondere bei Anfängern schnell gestört werden, der Paddler fällt dann ins Wasser. Fällt ein SUP ins wasser kann er erstmal nicht mehr Steuern und ist allen Gefahren der Strömung schutzlos ausgeliefert: Andere Boote (größere Rafts & Paddel), Prallwände, Strömungen, Treibholz, Kaltes Wasser

SUP

Der SUP Fahrer balanciert auf dem Board und sein linker Knöchel ist mit dem Board über eine Leine verbunden. Die Leine soll verhindern das der Paddler zu weit vom Board abtreibt und es nicht mehr erreichen kann. Wenn der SUP vom Board fällt kann diese Leine jedoch zum Verhängnis werden, die Leine kann sich verfangen und den Fahrer unter Wasser ziehen. Hierbei kann die Strömung so groß sein, das sogar eine Schwimmweste nicht mehr ausreicht um den Schwimmer über Wasser zu halten - fährt der SUP Fahrer allein und erhält keine Hilfe geht das tödlich für ihn aus.
