Warum töten?!

Wenn ein Hund, aus welchem Grund auch immer, beißt wird er eingeschläfert ... warum werden Menschen die anderen Menschen leid zufügen nicht hingerichtet?! Ganz einfach weil es immer besser ist zu resozialisieren. Und der oben genannte Hund ist sicher nicht von Haus aus BÖSE!!!

ich finde es einfach nur sehr UNMENSCHLICH was die DÄNEN da treiben !!! kann doch nicht sein, das sie auch noch damit durch kommen ??? was ist das bitte für land ? soviel HERZLOSIGKEIT was hunde betrifft, finde es einfach nur SCHEIßE !!! die sollen den armen hund frei lassen und sich um richtige fälle kümmern anstatt FAMILIEN ihre SCHÄTZE weg zu nehmen um sie dann einzuschläfern !!!! schämen müssen sich

Warum gleich töten? Das macht doch keinen Sinn! Eine Maulkorbverordnung würde vollkommen ausreichen, wenn die Polizei noch Zweifel hat! Das arme Tier, die arme Frau! Wenn jemand stiehlt wird ihm auch nicht mehr die Hand abgehackt. Und hier geht es schliesslich sogar um Leben und Tod!

Die sind doch bescheuert. So eine hirnlose Polizei!! Egal welches Problem einfach mit dem Tod des Lebewesen lösen oder was??!!! So ein Schwachsinn

Der Schäferhund der Dame hatte sich doch nur erschrocken weil ein kleiner Hund keifend um die Ecke kam die Dame hatte sich auch erschrocken.Nur es der Schäferhund hat so reagiert,ich selber hätte mal fast jemanden eine geklatscht,weil der jenige sich angeschlichen hatte und mich erschreckt hatte,es war reflex.Hätte ich dann eine Anzeige wegen Körperverletzung bekommen???

rechte für den hund

es gibt andere lösungen und nicht unmittelbar den tot des hundes. es gibt ein menschenrecht "jeder hat das recht auf leben..." warum kann das nicht auch für ein hund oder grundsätzlich tier gelten, dass sind auch lebewesen, mit gefühlen.

Wie wäre es einmal mit dem intelligenten Ungehorsam?

Ich war zwar nicht dabei, aber das Einschläfern ist eine Form von Sterbehilfe und in Deutschland straffrei. Der Gesetzgeber kann es nur schwer begründen, dass ein an sich erlaubtes Verhalten allein dadurch strafbar wird, dass es wiederholt vorgenommen wird. Man sollte die vielen lästigen Kotbeutel aka "Köter", die Gehwege, Kinderspielplätze und Parkanlage mit Hundekot "verzieren" auch durch Erhebung einer angemessenen Hundehaltersteuer von mindestens 1000 EUR monatlich reduzieren. Eine entsprechende Sonderabgabe, finanziert durch alle Hundehalter sollte die Opfer von Biss-Attacken durch Hunde entschädigen - mit mindestens 100 TEUR bis 1 Mio EUR in schweren Fällen. Köter, die Menschen angreifen, sollten rasch entsorgt werden.
