Belastung durch Bewohnerparken in der Umgebung

Durch flächendeckendes Bewohnerparken (z. B. in der Weberstraße) sind weitere Stellflächen entfallen. Der Parkplatz vor dem Krankenhaus kompensiert diesen Verlust.

Diese pauschale Aussage berücksichtigt nicht die besondere Funktion des Luisenhospitals als Einrichtung der Daseinsvorsorge, bei der Erreichbarkeit Vorrang vor allgemeinen verkehrspolitischen Zielen haben muss.
