Neue Wohnungen-JA! Für Normalverdiener-JA! Hier aber entsteht wieder ein Bau, bei dem die Normalen / Alten auf der Strecke bleiben: bezahlbare Wonungen = 30% von 60! Einkaufsmäßig - die Quelle verschwindet, Klima:Bäume und Sträucher verschwinden.Das nenn ich mal "Menschen- und Klimafreundlich"!
