Re Importeure / Originalhersteller

Allein durch die Marktpräsenz der Re Importeure entsteht ein Gegenpool zu den Originalhersteller. Bei einem nicht vorhandenen Reimportmarkt, wird es ein Monopol auf Originalpräparate geben. Weniger Preisenkungen würden zu höheren Arzneimittelausgaben führen.

Sparen auf Teufel komm raus! Längere Transportwege und Umverpackungen machen wirklich zu Umweltschutzzeiten noch Sinn? Außerdem werden diese Arzneimittel anderen Märkten entzogen und dies kann dort zu Unterversorgungen führen! Ach und wie ist das mit der Arzneimittelsicherheit? Jagt nicht gerade ein Skandal den nächsten? Gegenvorschlag: Verringerung der Mehrwertsteuer auf rezeptpflichtige Arzneimittel das sind ganz andere Größenordnungen!!!

Qualitätssicherung

Sicherstellung der Qualität fordert auch der Bundesgesundheitsminister in der Stuttgarter Zeitung vom 24.08.2018. Dies sollte allgemein für Pharmazeutische Unternehmer gelten. Es gibt schon genügend gefälschte Arzneimittel im Markt. Eine Erhöhung der Quote würde auch deren Quote erhöhen. Zu fordern ist die Abschaffung des Re*Parallel*Imports, zumindest aber die Absenkung der Quote auf 0.
