Absulut richtig und unterstützenswert. Als selbst Betroffene in dieser Sachlage habe ich mit heutigem Datum ein gleichlautende Petion beim Landtag BW online eingereicht.

Es wurden Hygienekonzepte zu Lasten der privaten Vermieter umgesetzt. Kosten verursacht zu bereits laufenden Kosten und Verlust der Hauptsaison um Ostern, ein nicht kompensierbarer Verlust. Über gesamt 2020 war der Aufwand der Vermietung fast doppelt so hoch, und auch die Banken und Gemeinden hielten weiterhin die Hand auf. Bei manchen privaten Vermietern kam es sogar zur Kurzarbeit, Anspruch auf Transferleistungen zum Leben oder für die Familie mit einer (wenn auch noch nicht bezahlten) Immobilie hat man keinen, Steuern auf Einkünfte muss man ebenfalls zahlen.
