Investitionen in soziale Probleme

Investitionen im sozialen Bereich sind deutlich wichtiger, als Häuser abzureißen, wo zu es keinen Anlass gibt. Schön renovieren und gut ist. Es gab einen Investor .... vielleicht sollte man mal mehr für Kinder und Jugendliche investieren... das ist unsere Zukunft und kein Weitblick bis zum Schoß!!

Nichts ist beständiger als der Wandel

Eine Bürgerbeteiligung bei der Gestaltung des Ortskernes ist wichtig. Der Ortskern wirkt sich unmittelbar auf die individuelle Lebensqualität aus. Die Neugestaltung des Ortskernes ist sehr gut gelungen. Ich halte es jedoch für provinziell das man stets an alten u. überholten Gebäuden festhalten muss, obwohl diese nur noch eine Ruine darstellen. Jeder der das Gutachten gelesen hat, sieht wie marode das Gebäude ist u. das der Abriss unvermeidbar bleibt. Leider überlagern irgendwelche subjektiven Gefühle die objektiven Tatsachen. Man sollte die Geschichte des Hauses auf eine andere Art würdigen.
