Kosten-Nutzen: Auto v.s. Fahrrad

Auch finanziell ist der Autoverkehr unhaltbar: Nach Berechnungen von Prof. Dr. Stefan Gössling von der Universität Lund kostet Autofahren die Gesellschaft 20 Cent pro Kilometer an externen Folgekosten für Umwelt und Gesundheit – vor allem durch Luftschadstoffe und Treibhausgase. Zum Vergleich: Menschen die mit dem Fahrrad fahren ERZEUGEN einen gesamtgesellschaftlichen Nutzen von 30ct pro Kilometer.
