Denkmalschutz

Die Behandlungsweise der Denkmalbehörde ist zum Teil entwürdigend. Unwahres wird behauptet, ich dokumentiere gerade zerfallende Gebäude , die nur durch die Denkmalschutzauflagen zerfallen. Unwiederbringliche Schätze gehen dadurch verloren. Bei uns im Süden geht es genauso zu. Ich hoffe für die alten Gebäude, daß es eine Gesetzesänderung gibt.

Ludwigslust

Privat genutzte landwirtschaftliche Wohnwirtschaftshäuser werden unter Denkmalschutz gestellt. Die Eigentümer müssen vortan jede Reparatur genehmigen lassen und weit entfernt von den wirtschaftlichen nur noch die Aspekte des Denkmalschutz erfüllen. Das passiert auch bei zu Hunderten erstellten Wohnwirtschafts-Gebäuden aus der Jahrhundertwende. Anträge auf Denkmalschutzrechtliche Genehmigung auch von dringend notwendigen Reparaturen werden erst nach Monaten bearbeitet.
