Verhältnismäßigkeit

Diese Regelung ist unverhältnismäßig. Um das Ziel eine Prüfungskommission mit einer Informationsgrundlage für eine Entscheidung auszustatten soll hier die Schweigepflicht des Arztes entbunden werden. Nicht mal unter Mordanklage ist dies vor Gericht möglich!
