Sorgerecht, Kindeswohl, Menschenrechte

es gibt auch Großmütter, die tragen Sonnenbrillen ...! Wie auch immer: das Argument "ohne Sorgerecht - kein Unterhalt!" behält davon unberührt seine Richtigkeit.

Grundgesetz der Bundesrepublik Deutschland

Art. 6 Abs. 2 Grundgesetz Pflege und Erziehung der Kinder sind das natürliche Recht der Eltern und die zuvörderst ihnen obliegende Pflicht. Über ihre Betätigung wacht die staatliche Gemeinschaft. Das Sorgerecht für ein Geschlecht an bestimmte Bedingungen zu knüpfen ist mit unserem GG nicht vereinbar. Mit dieser Petition sollen noch weitere Bedingungen eingeführt werden, die das natürliche Recht der Kinder auf gleichwertige Eltern einschränken soll. Das wäre der vollkommen falsche Weg!
