Es gibt in Deutschland über 30 Millionen Haushalte, in denen Tiere gehalten werden. Wieviele Beamte werden da benötigt, um jeden jedes Jahr ein mal zu besuchen? Noch dazu mit entsprechender Fachkunde für die vielen Tierarten. Nicht immer nur an Hunde und Katzen denken...
