What are the arguments against the petition?

Ach so-der FC ist jetzt schon 2,5 Jahre aufgestiegen,und schon sollen 16,5 Mio (am Ende wohl deutlich mehr) aus dem Staatssäckel fließen? Warum eigentlich?Trainieren dort geht.Der Rest:Euer Bier. 16,5 Mio können derzeit wahrlich besser angelegt werden.
