Elementarschäden sind durch entsprechende Gebäude - Versicherungen versicherbar... Durch Auszahlung von Steuergelder an NICHT Versicherte kommt es zu Ungleichbehandlung gerade zu Ungunsten derer, die vorbeugend und weitsichtig ihre Risiken abschätzen und auf eigene Kosten absichern.
