Nürnberger Kodex

Der Nürnberger Kodex gehört seit seiner Formulierung in der Urteilsverkündung im Nürnberger Ärzteprozess (1946/47) insbesondere zu den medizinethischen Grundsätzen. Er besagt, dass bei med. Versuchen an Menschen „die freiwillige Zustimmung der Versuchsperson unbedingt erforderlich (ist). D. h. dass die betr. Person im jur. Sinne fähig sein muss, ihre Einwilligung zu geben; dass sie in der Lage sein muss, unbeeinflusst durch Gewalt, Betrug, List, Druck, Vortäuschung oder irgendeine andere Form der Überredung oder des Zwanges, von ihrem Urteilsvermögen Gebrauch zu machen...

Primum non nocere

"Primum non nocere" bedeutet übersetzt "Zuerst einmal nicht schaden" und ist ein elementarer Grundsatz des Hippokratischen Eides, welchen Ärzte ablegen. Ärzte zu "Bütteln" und Handlangern einer fehlgeleiteten Politik zu machen, geht gar nicht!!
