Informationspolitik der Gemeinde Lahntal

Die Informationspolitik der Gemeinde ist völlig unzureichend. Bürger werden informiert wenn es nichts mehr zu entscheiden gibt. Fakt ist das keines unserer Gewerbegebiete vorzeigbar ist! Industriegebiet wurde von den Bürgern Goßfelden nur für CSL Projekt knirschend akzeptiert (damalige Bürgerversammlung). Alles andere kann sich zum Betrug am Bürger entwickeln. Wir brauchen Klarheit, Informationen und Zusagen wie Bürger eingebunden werden.

Sandhute Spiegelshecke

Es handelt sich Nicht um das Gewerbegebiet Sandhute 2 um das es angeblich geht ( dort wird für Amazon gebaut ) sondern um das Industriegebiet Spiegelshecke. Das ist ein erheblicher Unterschied! Ich würde die Petition darum umgehend abändern. Zur Info : Auch in einem GE ist wie in einem GI 24/7 möglich, nur im GE eben mit Nachtruhe 50db statt 70db wie im GI. Die Fa Scholz arbeitet übrigens in einem GE. Die erlaubte bauliche Nutzung ist das wichtige Kriterium. Alles Nachzulesen in der TA Lärm oder auch in Wikipedia. Schönen Gruss vom Querulanten und der "schwierigen Person" aus "vor der Aue".
