Vor der Erschließung weiterer Flächen für Lagerhaltung sollten konsequent vorhandene Gebäude genutzt werden um Bodenfläche zu erhalten. Transport von Waren soll möglichst zentral über die Schiene erfolgen und erst vor Ort verteilt werden, damit LKW-Verkehr reduziert werden kann.
