Durch die Kastration frei lebender Katzen, kommt es zur Verringerung der Population und verhindert Katzenleid: unkontrollierte Vermehrung, Krankheiten Es muss endlich eine bundeseinheitliche Gesetzgebung her! Kastration muss zur Pflichtaufgabe und darf nicht auf Kommunen abgewälzt werden!
