Im Herzen einer über 1000jährigen Stadt verschenkt man nicht Bauland am Wasser für 15€/qm, so unerschlossen es auch sein mag, an fremde Investoren. Die suchen zwanghaft Renditechancen für einen geschlossenen Immobilienfonds in sogenannten "Sekundär-Städten" wie Brandenburg an der Havel. Also Möglichkeiten, vorhandenes Geld in Beton umzuwandeln. Ob das gut für die Entwicklung der Stadt ist, ist diesem Geld völlig egal!

Falsche Angaben der BI

Die BI verwende FALSCHE und ÜBERTRIEBENE Grafiken, will mit Angst und falschen Behauptungen Fürsprecher finden... Das ist der FALSCHE Weg !!!
