Wohnraum ist wichtig, aber es gibt dafür bessere Alternativen. Wenn man gegen was ist, ist es auch immer wichtig diese Alternativen aufzuzeigen. Ich schlage vor stattdessen die Theresienwiese zu bebauen, dort könnte genauso viel Wohnraum entstehen wie im Grüngürtel Süe. Die Theresienwiese ist sowieso schon fast komplett zubetoniert und Veranstaltungen wie das alljährliche Oktoberfest könnten auch aufs Messegelände verlegt werden.
