Es gibt bessere Standorte für einen Kfz-Abstellplatz in Gewerbegebieten in der näheren Umgebung mit deutlich weniger Beeinträchtigungen für Menschen und Natur. Außerdem befindet sich auf dem Gelände der Firma Altmann ein Parkhaus mit mehreren Etagen, das leer steht.
