Unwirtschaftlich / Verschwendung von Steuergeldern

Die Erschließung der kleinen Höhe ist sehr teuer. Der Betrieb dort würde ebenfalls teuer, weil das Abwasser hoch gepumpt werden muss, um an das Netz der Stadtwerke angeschlossen werden zu können. Das ist der Grund, warum sich in den vergangenen 30 Jahren trotz eifrigen Suchens der Stadt kein Investor fand.Eine solche Anstalt wird von Steuergeld finanziert, sowohl im Bau als auch im Betrieb.

Erhaltung von Natur/Grünflächen

In Wuppertal gibt es reichlich Leerstände die genutzt werden könnten.Trotzdem werden immer mehr Grünflächen/natürliche Gebiete zugepflastert (JVA in Ronsdorf, demnächst IKEA). Diese Stadt, wie andere Städte auch, breitet sich aus wie ein Krebsgeschwür!

Besser da wo es wenige betrifft

Bei den Schulen muss es sich wohl um Baumschulen handeln. Hier sehen Sie, wer da wohnt: Hase und Igel: <a href="http://www.kleinehoehe.de/info.html" rel="nofollow">www.kleinehoehe.de/info.html</a> Wenn man da keine Forensik bauen darf, wo dann?? Ist doch klar, dass man dass in so eine Gegend setzt, wo es eben wenige betrifft.

Vorteil für die Stadt Wuppertal

Wenn es in Wuppertal sein soll, dann ist die Kleine Höhe am besten für eine Klinik geeignet. Für die Behandlung der psychischen Krankheiten ist die Nähe zur Natur sehr wichtig. Außerdem muss dieses Gewerbegebiet endlich erschloßen werden.
