Liebe Petitionäre, lieber Herr v. Malottki, die Grundsteuer pro Flächeneinheit ist deutlich höher als die Kleingartenpacht, insbesondere nach der Neuregelung. Es kann nicht angehen, das man mehr für eine Fläche an Jahresabgabe zahlt, wenn man sie kauft, als wenn man sie pachtet. Klar, die Kommunen brauchen mehr Geld, wir alle kennen ja die Diskussion ums Bürgergeld. Nun geht uns in Deutschland das Geld aus - wir müssen umsteuern, ob wir wollen oder nicht! Martin Schnittler
