Warum braucht Rheinland-Pfalz die 4-fache Dichte an Windrädern wie Baden-Württemberg oder Bayern? Bereits jetzt haben wir bezogen auf die Landesfläche mehr als das Doppelte dessen was Baden-Württemberg insgesamt geplant hat.
