Wenn das Kind krank ist dann ist es krank. Das ist bei einem Mitarbeiter doch auch sehr kurzfristig. Wo liegt das Problem? Das wäre einfach nur eine Entlastung der Erziehenden.

An den Arbeitgeber denkt wieder keiner? Wenn dann sehr kurzfristig der Mitarbeiter/ die Mitarbeiterin nicht kommt, werden die Kunden unzufrieden und die Einnahmen fallen weg. Sämtliche Kosten( Gehalt, Miete, Strom, Versicherung, Steuerberater, Steuern, ....) müssen ja jeden Monat gezahlt werden. Wie der Arbeitgeber den Laden am Laufen hält, interessiert wohl keinen?
