Soziale Hängematte

Ohne staatliche Fördergelder wären sogar so manche Großbanken in Deutschland schon längst pleite!!! Also bitte, wenn schon Radikalkapitalismus, dann bitte für alle gleichermaßen. Nicht 300 Millionen ausgeben für die Berliner Opernhäuser und dann Kleckerbeträge für die Freie Szene.

Nachhaltigkeit und Verantwortung

Das Neue von heute ist das Wirtschaftliche von morgen. Das war schon bei Beethoven so, der zu Lebzeiten nicht immer verstanden wurde und heute ein Millionengeschäft und kulturelles Erbe zugleich ist. Es gibt langfristig Bedarf an künstlerischer Qualität, die nicht Heerscharen von zahlenden Konsumenten anziehen muss, um sich zu legitimieren. Diese Nachhaltigkeit zu schaffen, ist die Verpflichtung einer Berliner Kulturpolitik, die für sich Kultur als langfristigen Wirtschaftsfaktor beansprucht.

Deutschland ist unmusikalisch

Die Deutschen geben halt lieber 400 Milliarden an irgendwelche korrupten Banker, als dass sie einem Komponisten mal 5000 Euro in die Hand geben.

Kulturförderung ist Staatsaufgabe

"Wer die Musik BESTELLT, der soll sie auch BEZAHLEN." Ohne staatliche Unterstützung könnte keines der Opernhäuser in Deutschland (nichtmal Bayreuth) überleben!!!

Beethoven und Förderung

"Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, dass Beethoven gezielt staatlich gefördert wurde." Beethoven wurde sehr wohl vom Staat unterstützt! 400 Milliarden für die Banken 300 Millionen für die Berliner Opern und wenn die Freie Szene dann mal ein paar Hunderttausend fordert, dann heißt es gleich "Wer die Musik BESTELLT, der soll sie auch BEZAHLEN." Nicht sehr logisch.

Gelder für behördliche Genehmigungen

Man bedenke auch nur die Kosten für behördliche Genehmigungen. Dabei spielt es oft keine Rolle, ob es sich hierbei um ein Großevent oder um eine kleine Veranstaltung handelt. (Landesemissionsschutz, Schankgenehmigung o.ä.) Mindestens hier könnte man politisch sehr leicht ansetzen und kleine Veranstalter von diesen Kosten frei halten!

Kulturförderung als Wettbewerbsverzerrung

Eine ungleichmäßige Kulturförderung ist auch eine Wettbewerbsverzerrung! Ein Konzerthaus oder Theater mit stark unterfütterten Fördermitteln, kann selbstverständlich eine bessere Performance zur Verfügung stellen, umfangreicher werben und sogar noch Tickets subventionieren. Freie Häuser sind da stark benachteiligt! Schon allein von dem jährlichen Werbeetat manch großer Häuser, könnten kleinere Kulturunternehmen auf Jahrzehnte existieren!

Kostümetat

Was so deprimierend ist, ist dass es nicht mal mehr Spaß macht in die hochsubventionierten Häuser zu gehen, denn jedesmal wenn der Chor neu eingekleidet auftritt weiß ich das wir nur von dem Kostümetat eine wunderbare ganze zeitgenössische Musiktheaterproduktion hätten machen können. Das hinterfragt aber von Poliktik und Fördergebern niemand!

Man sollte ersteinmal alle Einnahmen, die in der "Freien Szene" entstehen, auch ordnungsgemäß versteuern. Zusätzliche Subventionen fordern, ja gehts noch?
