Vermüllung, Rauchbelästigung, Tierschutz und Lärm. Es ist nicht möglich einen erholsamen Spaziergang in Ruhe an frischer Luft zu machen. Die Erneuerung des Ümminger Sees für die Allgemeinheit wird somit zweckentfremdet. Dieses sollte auch für die Parkanlage Bochum-Langendreer gelten.

Familien ohne eigenen Garten sollten auch die Möglichkeit haben, zu grillen. Die Einhaltung der Regeln sollte aber kontrolliert werden durch das Ordnungsamt. Evtl. „Grill-Lizenz“ für 5€ pro Tag und Grill, um die Kontrollen und Reinigung zu finanzieren?
