der Vermieter hat auch keine Rechte, siehe CO2 Steuer. Geld was der Staat abknopft und einseitig mit dem Argument schechte Isolation dem Vermieter in Rechnung stellt obwohl nachweislich der Meter auf die Heizkosten sehr wohl einen Einfluss hat.

90 % ihrer Forderungen sind bereits geltendes Recht. Eventuell schalten sie nochmal einen Anwalt / Mieterverein ein, um sich umfassend zu informieren. Das einzige wirklich neue und aus meiner Sicht unterstützende Thema ist die Eigenbedarfskündigung. Diese Möglichkeit ist die einzige relevante Unsicherheit für einen Mieter. Ich würde diese ganz abschaffen. Diese ist aus meiner Sicht unnötig und für den Mieter unsozial. Ansonsten ist der Kündigungsschutz in D sehr weit- und ausreichend.
