Für unzählige Menschen ist Zempin ein Stück Kindheit, ein Ort gemeinsamer Sommer, Freundschaften und Familiengeschichten. Dies zu verlieren, hieße, kollektive Erinnerungen der Region im Meer versinken zu lassen. Während in großen Städten Milliarden in Infrastruktur und Hochwasserschutz fließen, dürfen kleine Gemeinden wie Zempin nicht zurückgelassen werden. Gleichwertige Lebensbedingungen sind ein Verfassungsauftrag.
