Kultur rund Kunst ist ein Wirtschaftsfaktor für jede Region, wenn nicht sogar DER Wirtschaftsfaktor. Als z.B. Peter Ludwig in Köln bekannt gab, daß er dort sein Museum aufbauen würde, siedelten sich sofort 60 Betriebe und 70 Hotels in Köln an ! Um junge Leute in die Kappelner Region zu holen, sie für sie attraktiv zu machen, darf es an solchen Locations nicht fehlen !
