Bildungsgerechtigkeit

Notwendigkeit zum Handeln ist gegeben, Begründung: Ergebnisse der VERA-Studie. Ein Beispiel daraus: Etwa 40 % der Viertklässler der Probegruppe konnten nach der Studie verschiedene Verbformen und persönliche Fürwörter noch nicht richtig verwenden. Der Anteil der Kinder, die deutsch nicht als Erstsprache im Alltag verwenden, lag in der Probegruppe bei etwa 16 %.
