Es müsste sich grundlegend und dauerhaft etwas ändern in der Pflege.Der MDK wird immer Mängel finden solange auf PC und Schreibarbeit mehr Wert und gewicht gelegt wird als auf die Bedürfnisse der Bewohner und Patienten.Er wird immer Mängel finden solange 3 Mitarbeiter 40 Demenz und schwerpflegepatienten zu betreuen hat und nebenbei noch die teils unnötige und doppelte aber zeitaufwändige Dokumentation und Schreibarbeit zu erledigen ist.

altenheim, misstände

Die unangekündigten Besuche legen offen wie es wirklich aussieht u. damit soll sich dann auch die Bevölkerung konfrontieren ... nicht immer nur wegschauen, es gibt genügend die Zeit haben u. etwas gegen die Misstände tun können!

Anmeldeter Besuch = ohne Qualitätsrealität

In Kliniken kommt die Hygienekommission mit Voranmeldung. Hier wird dann im Vorfeld gschruppt auf "Teufel komm raus." In Pflegeheimen läuft es wohl kurz vorm MDK- Besuch identisch ab. Die Bewohner liegen dann sicher frisch gestriegelt in ihren Betten, das Personal steht quer bei Fuß, Urlaub- und Freitage werden gekänzelt: "Personalschlüssel top". .. Welche intelligenten "Büroheinis" haben dies verbockt??

Bewertung einer MDK prüfung

Was sind dem MDK unsere älteren Kranken Menschen wert wenn er ein Altenheim mit einer 4,5 wertung geprüft hat .Gibt es da Konzequenzen?Oder wird es heruntergespielt weil andere Sachen gut sind ,essen oder Betreuung nach Paragraf 87 b? ist das nur dem PERSONAL ANZUKREIDEN oder ist es ein politikum das gewollt ist Weil nur der Gewinn zählt? Das man an allem spart?
