Der Petent verkennt: Mietwohnungen zu bauen ist in Ballungsräumen auch Dank behördlicher Auflagen sehr teuer.Solchen Wohnraum können Sie nicht "billig" vermieten.Mit Ihrem Einkommen hat das garnichts zu tun.Also: Sozialwohnungsbau wieder intensivieren und nicht nach Enteignung der Vermieter rufen,die übrigens zu 60% privat sind

Es gibt genug billigen Wohnraum. Nur leider ist dieser von Langzeitmietern belegt, welche typischerweise in der Vergangenheit wenig bis gar keine Mietanpassung erfahren haben. Dank Mietpreisdeckel und Co. geht's denen nun leider an den Kragen.
