Eigentum verpflichtet: Grundsteuern rauf!

Eigentum verpflichtet. Woher soll mans sonst nehmen, wenn nciht von den Besitzenden? Wem das zuviel Grundsteuern sind kann halt vermieten, um entsprechende Einnahmen zu generieren - oder verkleinert halt sonst seine Nutzfläche durch Verpachtung oder Verkauf. Die Grundsteuern sind VIEL zu gering!

Die Hundescheiße muss beseitigt werden usw. also ist die Erhöhung berechtigt.
