Der Antragsteller dieser Petition will u.a. auf gleicher Fläche das größte AGRI-PV gebiet des Landes ausweisen und in Zukunft alle Gebäude im Stadtgebiet über Strom beheizen lassen. Die logische Folge daraus ist ein Umspannwerk. Das soll aber wohl eher in anderen Städten angesiedelt werden. Ob die Agri-PV über die weit größere Fläche das Umspannwerk dann überhaupt noch in Erscheinung treten lässt ist fraglich. Bei dieser Sachlage ist die Begründung der Petition unpassend.
