Ein weiterer, nicht unerheblicher Faktor ist die eventuell nicht ausreichende Sicherheit, mit der die Daten vor etwaigen Angreifern, die bestimmte DNA-Analysen einer Person für ihre Zwecke missbrauchen, geschützt werden sollen.

Mir ist m Privatsphäre und m informationelles Selbstbestimmungsrecht sehr wichtig. Aber wenn d Staat mit geeigneten (aufzubauenden)sicheren und geeigneten Strukturen DNA, Kennzeichen oder sonstige Spuren auswertet um den Mörder, Vergewaltiger, Dieb, Räuber, Steuersünder oder sonstige Informationen zu m Schutz auswerten kann, dann soll er das bitte tun. Nur weil eine DNA-Spur a e Tatort gefunden wurde, bedeutet das keine Verurteilung und Hinrichtung. Es ist e mögliche Spur. Klar, dann gibt e unter Umständen 100 falsche Spuren a e Tatort a vielleicht auch die eine positive. Dann wars das wert!
