Geld vermehrt nicht, schon garnicht das, was Geld nie besitzen wird: Geist! es tötet! es vermehrt die Leblosigkeit. WIr leben mit Geld, aber bitte Nicht für Geld! seid ihr ganzen BWL STudenten noch nich fertig u baut wahrhaftige Konzepte auf!

Hass und Realität

Politik, sei klug und streichle die Menschen, lass ihnen ihre Komfortzone, das ist doch unhöflich, es mutet so repressiv an, das ist doch nicht nötig - viel cleverer ist es doch MIT den Bürgern Geld zu machen, nicht es ihnen wo möglich zu entreißen und Kunst hat in Berlin noch Potential -FÜR die Wirtschaft!! Aber Gutes braucht Zeit zu reifen! Gib der Kunst Zeit -NOW is too short-

Mietvertrag Amtsgericht

Der Mieter muss halt einfach seinen Mietvertrag in die Hand nehmen, zum Amtsgericht pilgern und - wird sich durchsetzen können. Das Problem ist wirklich unverständlich. Man kann sich doch nicht mit einem gültigen schriftlich abgeschlossenen Mietvertrag irgendwo rauswerfen lassen. Der Vermieter würde Rechtsbruch (zB Hausfriedensbruch durch Leute die in keinem Mietverhältnis stehen) ebensowenig gefallen lassen.
