Der Grund weshalb die Parkzone eingeführt wurde ist, dass Anwohner keine Parkplätze wegen fremder Dauerparker gefunden haben. Die Parkzone ist für Anwohner eine große Entlastung. Fremde können immernoch kostenlos parken, daher ist der gefundene Kompromiss nicht die schlechteste Lösung. Die gebrachten Argumente werden in der Quellenangabe widerlegt.
