Öffentliche Raum muss für alle Nutzer*innen sicher sein. Kinder und ältere Menschen und Menschen mit besonderen Bedarfen wie blinde Menschen, Nutzer*innen von Rollator- und Rollstuhlfahrer und Eltern mit Kinderwagen brauchen einen öffentlichen Raum, der gut einsehbar ist mit Mehrwert. Nachverdichtung hat eben auch ihre Grenzen, auch in Darmstadt längst erreicht.

Undurchdacht

Ich bin ein Mensch mit viele Vorerkrankungen. Ich kann kein Fahrrad fahren, ich kann nicht lange laufen und ich kann nicht schwer tragen. Ich bin sogar für Einkaufen an mein Auto angewiesen. Umd trotzdem arbeite ich täglich umd muss das noch 35 Jahre machen. Was werde ich machen, wenn diese Umbau stattfindet? Werde ich dann eine Rente bekommen oder wie soll ich das schaffen?

Völlig am Bedarf vorbei

Wir Anwohner finden die Wohnqualität bestens! Monatlich sind Flyer im Briefkasten von Maklern und Privatleuten, die teils horrende Provisionen bieten für Wohnungsvermittlung. Viele Menschen brauchen täglich PKW, z.B. für die Arbeit im Odenwald, im Schichtdienst. Nur wenige haben private Parkplätze. Öffentliche zu streichen für mehr Begrünung und Bänke ist absurd. Wir brauchen bezahlbare Anwohnerparkplätze. Für (Lasten)Radständer ist auf bestehenden Plätzen genug Raum. Gentrifiziert woanders!
