Unserer Gemeinde stehen rein rechnerisch 1,5 Stellen zur Verfügung. Aufgrund von Elternzeit hat der geschäftsführende Pfarrer auf 0,25 reduziert. Ein Pfarrer im Probedienst übernimmt 1,0 Stellen. Die Elternzeit dauert 1 Jahr - mit der Zustimmung der Ältestenkreises beweist die Gemeindeleitung, dass man auch mit 1,25 Stellen zurecht kommt. Wozu unterschreiben diese dann diese Petition? Das verstehe ich nicht.
