Die Marktschänke ist ein warmherziger Ort an dem man sich immer willkommen fühlt und das liegt nicht daran, dass man sein Geld dort lässt. Es ist eher so eine Art als würde man nach Hause kommen oder zu Freunden nach aus. Ich habe selten so engagiertes Personal gesehen. Hier geht es nicht um Profit hier geht es um miteinander, Tradition, Gemeinschaft, hier bleibt niemand alleine. Das Personal und der Wirt ist immer aufmerksam und versucht alles möglich zu machen, damit die Gäste sich wohlfühlen.
