für mich ist das eine grundsätzliche entscheidung. bürger aus marokko gelten zu recht als wirschaftsflüchtlinge - konkrete verfolgung droht dort nicht. fachkräftemangel soll ja nicht durch ausbildung von wirtschaftsflüchtligen, sondern durch einwanderung von fachkräften gelöste werden.
