Man sollte sich an Komunale Gesätze halten. Wenn das Objekt nich dem entspricht. Muss der Betrieb schließen. Dafür sind Gesetze da. Vor allem geht es um die Sicherheit der Arbeiter und umliegenden Anwohner.
