Diese Petition hat dafür gesorgt, dass die Wasserqualität des Juessees bei der Stadtverwaltung oberste Priorität bekommen hat. Die Badesaison 2025 wurde damit natürlich nicht gerettet. Aber 2026 stehen wir sonst vor der gleichen Situation. Daher ist es wichtig, die Bürger über die angestoßenen Prozesse zu informieren.

Harzkurier-Artikel

Die Stadt Herzberg am Harz muss durch § 24 des Niedersächsischen Naturschutzgesetzes i. V. m. § 30 des Bundesnaturschutzgesetzes geschützt sowieso darum kümmern, egal ob es eine Petition gibt oder nicht.
