Es gibt durchaus Möglichkeiten, Abholservices von Supermärkten zu nutzen, wo der Einkauf vorbestellt werden kann. Der personelle und kostenmäßige Aufwand für Supermärkte (3 Angestellte pro Tag, 3-Schicht-System, Mietkosten für Verkaufsfahrzeug) bei insgesamt knapp 2.000 Kliniken ist enorm hoch, die doppelte Vorhaltung unkalkulierbar.
