Trotz des Hinweises auf die tatsächlichen Gründe der teilweisen Lockerung nach der früheren Verschärfung ist eine Überprüfung aber sicher sinnvoll. Z.B. ließe sich das beschriebene Beispiel auch durch Ausnahmeregelungen vermeiden. Unabhängig davon sollte man aber auch als Warnung keine Nacktbilder weiterleiten.

By publishing my post, I accept the terms of use and privacy policy from openPetition. Insults, defamations and untrue statements of fact are reported.

Die Regelungen wurden nicht gelockert, um "mehr Spielraum zu schaffen", sondern damit z.B. Mütter, die durch Weiterleiten von Bildern als Warnung an andere Mütter nicht automatisch vorbestraft sind! Das war von Rechtsexperten vor Einführung der Verschärfung vorausgesagt worden und hatte sich bestätigt. Die Höchststrafen sind unverändert.
